Ms Pat Noble received her Diploma in Dance Education from the Jamaica School of Dance in 1983 and continued with the institution as a part-time teacher and dancer, while also working as full- time classroom teacher at the Jesse Ripoll Primary School.
It was this prophetic vision that led to a style of dancing that was interpretive in nature with the primary focus on exalting Jesus Christ. In 1996, Pat took a leap of faith and resigned from the classroom and began full-time teaching at the Academy. Pat is considered a pioneer in redeeming Jamaican Folk and Reggae dance for God’s glory.
The Praise Academy of Dance is an inter- denominational Christian dance ministry, which seeks to provide a positive atmosphere for individuals to express and develop their talent while reinforcing spiritual and moral values, all to the glory of Jesus Christ.
