- Hey all come check out the Dance Intensive next week looking at a few new techniques including: * Contact Improvisation: is a dance technique where points of physical contact provide the starting point for exploration through movement. CI is one of the best-known and most characteristic forms of post modern dance * Release Technique * West African Folk * Strength and Flexibility * and Modern Technique Cost $1500 per week or $500 per class. Classes are from 6 - 8 p.m. Dance Intensive Schedule Monday August 8 to Thursday August 18, 2011 Mon. Aug 8 - Release Technique (Michelle Patterson) Tue. Aug 9 - Modern (Sophia McKain) Wed. Aug 10 - Contact Improv. (Safia Harriot ) Thur. Aug 11 - Contact Improv. "" Mon. Aug 15 - Modern (Sophia McKain) Tue. Aug 16 - Strength and Flexibility (Michelle Patterson) Wed.
